Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement talent management programs to enhance organizational capability through employee engagement, performance management, and leadership development.
2. Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to analyze employee engagement survey results and drive actions that improve engagement across the enterprise and within specific business lines.
3. Contribute to learning and development initiatives aligned with enterprise needs, employee development plans, and business objectives.
4. Facilitate new hire orientation and support global onboarding processes, including talent review and succession planning for India.
5. Implement performance management strategies, enabling robust performance and career discussions, and advise on key programs such as engagement, career development, inclusion and diversity, and well-being.
6. Stay updated on talent management best practices and oversee their adoption where beneficial, managing local vendor relationships and service agreements.
7. Build and leverage strong relationships with HR partners and business leaders to address short- and long-term talent management needs.
Requirements:
1. Post Graduate in Human Resources with 5 years of experience in talent management and leadership development in diverse, complex environments.
2. Proven success in designing and implementing talent management and leadership development programs that enhance business performance.
3. Expertise in performance management, employee engagement, learning program development, talent assessment, succession planning, and high-potential talent development.
4. Highly developed facilitation, influencing, consulting, and collaboration skills, essential for nurturing relationships and achieving buy-in.
5. Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to implement enterprise-wide programs and assess their effectiveness.
