Job Description:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for various job positions within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Source and attract potential candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for the position.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and job requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of talent.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by keeping candidates informed throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or related field (freshers can apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
