Job Description :
- Advising Clients: Meet prospective clients in the UAE to provide guidance on selecting the appropriate legal entity and region for their entry strategy.
- Regulatory Support: Assist the sales team by participating in introductory and follow-up calls, offering regulatory insights to clients.
- Coordination with Regulatory Authorities: Collaborate with regulatory authorities to obtain cost estimates and other necessary information for advising clients on legal entity and region selection.
- Proposal Development: Provide input to develop proposals based on consultations with regulatory authorities and client requirements.
- Relationship Management: Manage operational relationships with regulatory authorities to develop an ecosystem in the UAE region.
- Client Onboarding and Setup: Facilitate client onboarding, initiate the setup process, and ensure compliance with secretarial requirements. This includes tasks such as client onboarding, budget updates, invoice sharing, and creating different tasks.
- Research and Compliance: Understand case facts, conduct research, and prepare project plans, relevant documents, and compliance calendars for setting up and ensuring ongoing secretarial compliance in the UAE.
- Document Preparation: Prepare necessary documents for submission to regulatory authorities, including free zones, visa applications, and other relevant entities.
- Government Coordination: Coordinate with government and free zone authorities to obtain permits, clarification, and approvals for business setups and secretarial compliance work.
- Follow-up and Support: Follow up with prospective clients and authorities via phone and email to provide information and address inquiries related to setting up businesses in different regions.
- Post-Setup Support: Coordinate with government and free zone authorities, as well as clients, for post-setup registrations and approvals, such as immigration cards.
- Cost Analysis: Conduct cost benefits analysis for different types of entities in various regions to assist clients in selecting the most suitable business setup.
- Problem Resolution: Provide continuous guidance and support to clients, helping them resolve issues and meet their business setup and compliance requirements.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction by timely tracking, monitoring, and providing accurate responses to queries, aiming for customer delight.
- Knowledge Management: Prepare region-specific and entity-specific knowledge documents to share information with clients. Document existing projects and knowledge into a process manual. Update case studies on the company website and assist with marketing efforts.
- Regulatory Updates and Publications: Stay updated on key regulatory updates in the UAE region, publish thought leadership articles, white papers, reports, and be responsible for at least one monthly newsletter.
- Collaboration with Marketing: Liaise with the marketing team to draft client testimonials and support the updating of the company's placemat.
