Senior Executive - Sales Operations - SAAS

- 4-7 year of experience with at least 3 years in a B2B SaaS/software sales in Sales or revenue operations
- Data-driven and affinity to analyzing numbers
- Ability to work at a cross-functional level, manage multiple, concurrent projects and work
- Collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Must have Skills (non-negotiables and people to meet the bar of hire) :
- 3-8 years of experience, or working at level with directly working with Sales leadership
- Previous experience as a part of Sales or Revenue operations team
- Strong influential skills to be able to work with cross functional teams
- Experience in SAAS/Software sales - sales/revenue ops (any industry)
- Tech skills - strong in Excel and expertise on CRM's such as SFDC.
- Analytical skills - strong understanding of creating action oriented reports and performance dashboards to increase visibility to support data-driven decisions.
- Great at Excel and creating reports on tools.
- Should have skills (skills people can learn and have capability to pick up these skills in 3-6 months)
- Cadence experience with sales/BDR teams
- SFDC Experience as Sales/rev ops
