Position : Sr.Executive - Sales
Grade: Regional Sales Manager/Account Manager
Qualification: Engineering Graduate preferred with MBA

- Excellent relationship management skills with ability to relate to people at all level of business, management and colleagues
- Excellent in prospecting, lead generation, negotiation and collaboration with all stake holders
- Skilled at handling multiple tasks for IT system integration & Cyber Security Product sale and services
- Excellent written, presentation, communication, inter personal and problem solving skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Drive sale till the closer and demonstrate the benefits for associating with VDA Infosolutions
Technical Competencies:
- Data Center related technologies
- Candidate should have experience of selling Data Centre related product like Servers, Storages, Backup and HA Solutions, Networking Devices etcin BFSI, Enterprise ( ITeS&Manuf) , PSU and Govt sector
- Candidate should have worked with OEMs like Dell/EMC, IBM, VmWare, Nutanix, Red Hat etc
Technical Competencies: Cyber Security related technologies
- Candidate should have experience in selling of EDR/MDR, Next Gen Firewall, WAF, DLP, SASE, SOC, SIEM/SOAR/UBEA, Proxy, VA PT services etc in Enterprise, PSU and Govt sector
Key responsibilities include:
- Meet and exceed the Sales and Service targets agreed as part of the AOP (Annual Operating Plan)
- Own and maintain effective business relationships with key customers, partners and OEMs
- Assist Regional/ SBU Head to provide regular sales forecasts and opportunity pipeline updates to allow for accurate business forecasting and Sales planning
- Liaise with Service Team to ensure the smooth support and services of customer and helps to generates additional Service Revenue
- Ensure all organizations policies are followed
- Assist Regional head to develop a roadmap of short-term and sustainable long-term initiatives to achieve sales targets and operational improvement
- Create reports with sales and financial data
- Managing the sales process with all "C" level Executives (CIO/ CISO / CFO / CPO) and to maintain good relation with them
