Senior Executive - Recruitment - KPO

We are hiring for a leading KPO organization based at Gurgaon.

Position : Sr. executive - Recruitement

Exp : 3-7 yrs

Role & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for end to end recruitment for Research Roles

- Align recruiting team's priorities with the business needs on an ongoing basis

- Build creative sourcing and selection strategy to generate a pipeline of strong talent

- Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors
