Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Should be able to independently handle roles &bulk hiring for the Organisation
2. Individual sourcing profiles
3. Manage to reduce the cost per hire by reducing dependency on external hiring consultants, increasing referral contribution and campus hiring programs.
4. Knowledge on competency framework for all positions to increase the efficiency of Interviewer while also focusing on optimising candidate interview experience
5. Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.
6. Allocate workload and resources appropriately.
7. Conduct Daily and Weekly one-on-ones with direct reports to assess progress as well as strategize on various hiring needs. Maintain a tight control over the turn-around-times ( TATs ) within the recruitment process
8. Analyse, develop, recommend and implement recruitment strategies for achieving fulfillment on time.
9. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
10. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
11. Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
