Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Affiliate marketing and other relevant platforms.
- Implementing performance marketing campaigns across shopping, app, display, social & search
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiment with different ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
- Manage budgets effectively to ensure efficient allocation of resources and achieve cost-per-acquisition targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, design, and analytics to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing.
- Managing client's advertising budget and driving success
- Be a subject matter expertise in search, Social, Programmatic and e-commerce advertising for our customers, guiding them on how to drive growth for their business
- Perform deep data analysis to answer the client's strategic questions, and drive action
- Move the needle with respect to the client's KPIs and continuously showcase the value of ReBid platform throughout the engagement period
- Collaborate with our internal product and engineering teams to shape new features
- Liaise with internal and external teams to deliver client KPIs
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Experience in BFSI/Retail industry is prefered
- Proven track record of managing successful campaigns and driving measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for staying abreast of the latest trends and developments in digital marketing.
- Experience in managing search social programmatic marketing budgets at well-respected agencies or Adops teams for large enterprise brands
- Well versed in Bid and Budget management, content optimization, and promotion planning
- An analytical approach to problem-solving with advanced Excel skills
- Project management experience and ability to anticipate and mitigate risks
