Senior Executive - People Engagement Partner

As a part of the People Engagement Team you will be the torch bearer of Company's culture and values. While resolving people issues or while managing programs that help develop our employees, you will always be focused on putting them first and being as clear and transparent as possible. You will also be required to think big, analyse data, be comfortable challenging convention and reinvent how work is done whenever required.

Key Responsibilities - 

- Drive the Culture of the organization and cascade it to all levels and locations

- Enhance team building by carrying out various events and activities throughout the year

- Assist managing the performance management process in the organization

- Build a culture of appreciation and motivate employees through the initiation and implementation of various reward and recognition initiatives

- Maintain employee happiness by catering to and addressing employee queries and grievances

- Use data strategically - identify and surface trends in both qualitative and quantitative data to help improve organization health

- Be the custodian of all people policies - Identify gaps, if any, and design policies and processes accordingly

Job requirements:

- Demonstrated ability to work in unconventional ways Strong adherence to values

- Demonstrated ability to work within constraints as well as to challenge the status quo

- Comfortable with ambiguity

- Expert in Microsoft Excel

- Excellent communication and well organized
