- Startup hiring experience must
- Manage end to end recruitment with a proven track record in designing and implementing major recruiting strategies.
- Handled talent acquisition function across geographies.
- In-depth exposure to hiring high end at all levels.
- Required Candidate profile
Candidate Background :
- Should have a minimum work experience of 2+years in end to end recruitment working with a IT Product organization
- Understanding of recruiting metrics & SLAs
Required Education - Preferably MBA HR
