1- Managing the entire recruitment life cycle starting from Sourcing, Interviewing, Salary Negotiations, Post offer follow ups and ensuring smooth onboarding of candidates for assigned requisitions.
2- Interacting with hiring managers (Regional Managers, Sales Managers, etc.) regularly regarding Job requisitions and vacancy updates.
3- Screening the candidates and scheduling telephonic and personal round of interviews and consequently coordinating with the hiring managers and the candidates.
4- Ensuring proper Due Diligence of the candidates going to be hired.
