Job Description:

- Responsible for conducting communication training, Soft Skills Training for employees of the Organisation.

- Creating/Designing training programmes that are aligned with the organization's objectives

- Training Facilitation

- Conducting Trainings for different level of audience

- Responsible for designing the training content

Preferred Candidate :

- PG / MBA with 4 to 7 yrs of Experience into Training

- Experience in program/project management

- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills. (Verbal & Written)
