2. Understand the content and suggest a learning design and method suitable to the content for the online environment

3. Writing well-structured and detailed lesson plans as the basis of course development

4. Creating and reviewing storyboards and outlines for various subjects offered to students

5. Scripting content and assessments that match the product value proposition

6. Update and share project status reports with stakeholders

7. Ensure high quality and on-time delivery of client requirements.

8. Should know authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe suite

9. Should have strong spoken and written English language skills with high proficiency in grammar and phrasing

10. Should have worked on Learning Management Systems like Moodle, Canvas and Blackboard
