- Deliver engaging, relevant and timely content for our people, including material for large group meetings and events, digital channels and social media, and to support execution of firm wide programs
- Work closely with the marketing and business teams
- Develop communications plans for key programs. Manage the execution and delivery of these communications plans both internally and externally.
- Use storytelling techniques to create compelling communication material
- Support delivery of specific programs and initiatives through the creation and deployment of communications tool kits for team; develop tool kit content including messaging guides and other collateral as required; and provide project based support to deliver these programs successfully.
- Work effectively with cross location teams to ensure effective and timely implementation of communication programs within company
- Measures campaigns and evaluation provides insights on market impact and of ROI
- Collaborate closely with other team members and colleagues across BMC to align and integrate strategic messages. Maintain up-to-date knowledge on brand, marketing, communications and change management issues, trends and long-term implications for company.
