Hiring Sr. Executive - HR for a leading Garment Company in Mumbai - Talent Acquisition:
- End to end recruitment of all positions as per the requirements.
- To source suitable CV's for the vacant position, do the initial screening, line up candidates for interview with the concerned department head/Manager.
- Issue offer letter/employment contract to selected candidates.
- Ensure that the joining formalities are done- issue joining kit, joining docket.
- Ensure all the joining documents and bank account opening documents are filled.
- Collect address proof, identity proof and other required documents at the time of joining.
- Plan the induction for new joinee's and induct employees on the HR section.
Payroll Management:
- Tracking the daily attendance of sales team and consolidating it on monthly basis.
- Complete payroll management through excel.
- Calculation of minimum wages, PT, PF, ESIC, etc to ensure the payments are made on time in full.
Statutory Compliances:
- Ensure the department's compliance with all required legal guidelines.
- Prepare and audit checklist of all applicable statutory laws and the compliance status.
- To ensure disciplinary process is followed - initiate disciplinary action against any misconduct as and when required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Structuring of salary components to extend tax benefits to the employees.
- Preparing the sales advisors compensation as per the minimum wages.
Performance Management:
- Coordinate the appraisal of sales and marketing team.
- Follow up on completion of the appraisal and submission of forms to HR.
- Analyze the ratings and prepare report.
- Closure of appraisal process.
HRIS:
- Maintain employee data base.
- Maintain employee personnel files.
HR Processes:
- Analyzing the existing HR processes like Talent acquisition, New Joinee's Induction, Confirmation, Separation and finding gaps for improvement.
- Designing the processes as per the company needs for better efficiency of the department.
HR dashboard:
- Analyzing reports.
- Preparing MIS reports & other statements with a view to apprise management of process operations and assist in critical decision-making process.
- Based on analysis designing measures to control attrition and improve efficiency.
Employee Engagement:
- Involve the employees in various cultural/ festive celebrations.
- Define rewards and recognition program as per the industry requirements, implement the program, make the visibility high and monitor the results.
Salary Range: 8-9 LPA
