Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop HR policy manual & enabled sign off as per the business and geographical needs
- Carry out separation process including retention discussion, exit interview and full and final settlement
- Plan & organize orientation program for new joiners for a smooth onboarding experience
- Carry out day to day HR Operations like Payroll, Grievance handling and partnering with different departments for a seamless experience
- Undertake different Employee Engagement activities
- Design and evaluate the Performance management system (PMS) & Rewards & Recognition program
- Ensure a seamless exit experience for candidates leaving the firm
Requirements :
- MBA in HR
- Confident of taking end to end ownership of problem statements to drive results
- Good with stakeholder relationships
- Ready to execute plans to the last detail possible
- HR analytics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Hustler
- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
The candidate should be possessing the below skill sets
1. Excellent English Communication and writing ability
2. Should be experienced in on-boarding candidates
3. Should be hands on with filing New Joinee documents
4. Should have managed Employee Engagement activities in the previous organisation
