Candidates with MSW/MBA HR/ MA SW having 4 to 8 yrs of work experience in Post Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Payroll, HR Compliance
- Understanding Business requirements and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the Business requirement.
- Source candidates using multiple sourcing channels including internal databases, job boards , head-hunting and networking
- Engage candidates for strategically positioning job opportunities and our organizations
- Understanding candidates profile to evaluate role fitment (Screening & Short listing)
- Build and strengthen candidate relationships to be able to network and headhunt passive job seekers
- Manage scheduling and coordination related activities in the entire recruitment process
- Sourcing profiles through Head Hunting, Job Portals, Portals, social networking and databases.
- Involve in working on all department's requirements, sourcing senior level passive candidates to active job seekers.
- Effective command over social networking skills and actively worked on non-job portal recruitments.
- Should possess excellent communication skills.
