Senior Executive - HR & IR
Key Responsibilities :
- Experience in Core HR Talent Acquisition, Policy handling, Payroll knowledge, Training, employee engagement.
- Good command over English, well versed with computers, HRMS, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Knowledge of the government. legal norms, IT norms, labor law, etc. Manage and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
- Design and implement leadership development programs to nurture and develop future leaders within the organization.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Recruitments, policy updations, Organizing required trainings, payroll handling etc.
