Job Role :
- The HR administration department is responsible for the daily administration of plans and systems related to employee compensation & performance, development and administration of corporate policies, procedures and management directives.
- Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition, Attrition Control, and Employee Engagement & focused on the business unit level intervention.
- Employee Engagement Activities & handling various cultural events & celebrations.
- Handling Employee Queries & resolving issues and concerns.
- Maintaining MIS & HRIS data.
- Initiating & Executing Performance Management System.
- Conducting exit Interviews, exit formalities and Managing and Supporting information requests from Operations.
- Ready to work in 2nd shift ( 4.00PM to 1.00 am)
- Pick & drop facility provided
