Job Description :
- Responsible for entire Employee life cycle management from joining till exit.
- Responsible for end to end process for Onboarding & Induction
- Responsible for Employee Engagement activities
- To drive Employee connect programs such as HR connect, We connect etc.
- Responsible for structuring and imparting trainings/engagement plans for employees as per business needs
- Preparing MIS/dashboards
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
