Job Description:
- Assist in the development, implementation and administration of variety of compensation and benefits programs and projects
- Formulating and implementation of HR polices and procedure
- Handling Domestic and International Payroll
- Responsible for the Attendance update & Leave Record
- Taking care of Full & final Settlement of resigned employees
- Responsible for the all MIS related to salary, compliance and F&F
- Maintain employee database, documentation and HRIS
- Experience in handling the statutory compliance (PF, Med-claim etc)
- Should have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PPT)
- Excellent communication skills
Skills Required :
- Should have handled Payroll and Operations for 1000+
Salary offered: 8 - 10 LPA
