Senior Executive - HR Business Partner
Key Responsibilities:
- Organization Development: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee performance and organizational effectiveness.
- Performance Management: Design and implement effective Performance Management Systems (PMS) to drive employee performance and achieve organizational goals.
- Policy Management: Manage and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
- Leadership Development: Design and implement leadership development programs to nurture and develop future leaders within the organization.
- Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Training and Development: Conduct training needs assessments and develop training programs to address skill gaps and enhance employee capabilities.
- HR Support: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
- HR Projects: Participate in HR projects and initiatives to support the overall HR strategy and objectives.
Functional Skills Required:
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on Organizational Development and Performance Management Systems.
- Knowledge: Experience with Policy Management, Leadership Development, and Employee Engagement.
- Understanding: Strong understanding of HR best practices and current trends in HR management.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
