Skillsets we would like to see you exhibit,
Role specific skillsets:
- Prior work experience in Fund Operations, Banking and Financial Institutions
- Preparation and review of monthly accounting and MIS reporting services for clients, including on boarding, proposals and client relationship management. Perform and support practice management activities pertaining to client budget preparation, onboarding, billing and collections.
- Preparation of quarterly and Annual EPRS for Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and Abu Dhabi Global Market(ADGM) clients
- Adequate knowledge of DFSA(DIFC) and FSRA(ADGM) regulations
- Review of financials- Act as DFSA Authorised Individual for financial control / budgeting & reporting and compliance support for clients
- Monitoring of Expenditure Based Capital Minimum (EBCM), Capital adequacy and Liquidity position on monthly basis.
- Working knowledge of IFRS standards
- Liaising with clients and solving their queries.
- Liaising with the Firm's India team to ensure timely delivery
- Liaising with Internal Auditors, External Auditors, DFSA /DIFC/AD regulators.
- DEWS formalities - Preparation and review of DIFC Employee Workplace Savings Plan for the clients
- Support in preparation and maintaining AML related Compliances
- VAT filing support - Identify, document, and recommend client business requirements for VAT compliance and assist with processes and systems,
Quarterly meetings with the clients
Provide support for Internal Audit on field execution
Visit to regulators DIFC/ADGM/Mainland for clients work as well as Office work
Any other support required by the Firm's office

To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have,
- 3-5 years as Financial Controller with experience in Finance and Accounts
- Good communication skills having good written and spoken English.
- Excellent technical and systems skill.
- Highly discrete and able to uphold the utmost confidentiality.
- Self-confident and very proactive.
- Prepared to be hands-on to achieve results and maintain deadlines.
