Senior Executive/Executive - Treasury - Manufacturing

Sr. Executive / Executive (Treasury)

- Work closely with the Finance Head to minimize financial risk.

- Review funding needs and report all treasury activities to senior management.

- Analyse and perform appropriate hedging and funding activities (Forex, swaps, loans, investments etc.)

- Manage cash and liquidity through cash flow planning and forecasting on daily basis.

- Weekly Inter company Loan & current account MIS

- Daily Fund Report showing the fund requirement & review of the fund report before sending it to CFO.

- Repayment of Bank Loan, debenture & Interest.

- To ensure compliance of the terms of the loan agreements.

- Coordination with the corporate office for the fund requirements & the ongoing treasury key issues

- Other treasury functions like coordination with the Banks, signatory updation, B.G., Current a/c opening etc.

- To ensure the timely Bank Reconciliation

- Adhere to RBI compliances related to banking and treasury.

Qualification And Experience:

i. 5+ years of Experience in Treasury with a Manufacturing Industry is a must.

ii. Integrity, transparency, honesty, and patience as core attributes are a must

iii. An innate ability to build relationships/partnerships and work collaboratively

iv. A strategic mindset and strong business acumen

v. Detail orientated - ability to focus on small details whilst seeing the big picture.

vi. Ability to connect facts and circumstances to draw conclusions

vii. A strong personality who enjoys being part of an organization in constant development

viii. A results-driven self-starter with an eye for detail whilst seeing the big picture

ix. The ability to prioritize your time and activities, within a multiple priority and deadline-oriented environment
