Role : Senior Executive / Executive - Human Resources Business Partner
Location : Delhi
Reporting to : Sr.Manager - HR
Purpose of Role : This position is based in our New Delhi office and will support the overall Indian business.
Responsibilities / KRAs :
- Employee relations contact to assist employees and managers in resolving issues and grievances.
- Assess employee development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions
- Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
- Ensure data accuracy within HR systems
- Provide appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and employees
- Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue and quickly implement solutions
- Partner with colleagues in HR to implement solutions
- Work with the business on local on-boarding, off-boarding, and training
- Oversee the performance cycle and the engagement survey
- Use data to inform and guide decisions and policies
- Support hiring managers in the local recruitment processes
Experience & Qualifications :
- 3 to 5 years of HR experience in a fast paced environment.
- Previous startup experience in tech would be preferred
- Experience should include a focus on performance management, employee relations, data analytics, and reporting
- Must have experience as a HRBP
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to build relationships at all levels of the organization
