Sr. Executive/ Executive (Generalist-Manufacturing)

- To Handle Recruitment activities

- To Handle Onboarding process for the New Joiners

- To Coordinate on Induction plan

- To Analyse on Training needs

- To Coordinate and arrange for training programs

- To Conduct Performance Appraisal

- Source JD from identified sources based on JDs procured from concerned department/unit

- Conduct written test, facilitate pre-interview arrangements, schedule interview and maintain interview tracker

- Arrange pre-employment medical test for candidates

- Arrange travel reimbursement of the candidates and facilitate necessary arrangements for visa processing

- Collect all the required documents for records and Employee Background verification

- For International locations, recruitment support via LinkedIn recruiter & Global consultants.

- Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation

- Implementing and administering performance management processes as per the PMS policy and timelines

- Conducting exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly

Qualification And Experience:

i. MBA HR With Proven work experience of 5-7 years as an HR Executive with a Manufacturing Organization is a must.

ii. Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems

iii. Experience with full-cycle recruiting

iv. Solid communication skills
