Sr. Executive/Executive - Corporate Finance

- To support fund raising activities by providing various reports analysis & ratios.

- To be responsible for preparation and submission of business projections, CMA Reports, Project Reports, and compliance of Banking and statutory requirements.

- To assist team leads and reporting manager in preparation of MIS, Budgeting, periodical review presentations etc for internal review with management.

- To be responsible for ensuring management of structured and retrievable record keeping and information warehouse for the financial facilities of the company.

- To be responsible to prepare CMA, DPR, Financial model, Loan application, Loan repayment schedule.

- To be responsible for Common facility agreement, Indenture of Mortgage/Hypothecation.

- To project manage all the back end activities of the fund raising including co-ordinating with internal teams / stake holders for obtaining information / documents etc which are required for preparation and submission of business projections, CMA Reports, Project Reports and compliance of Banking and statutory requirements during appraisal, sanction, disbursement and post disbursements.

Qualification And Experience:

i. MBA (Finance) with 5+ Years of relevant experience in fundraising / project financing / Corporate banking / Bank Liasioning / Treasury management. Preferred experience in manufacturing industry

ii. Should have knowledge of CMA, DPR, Financial model, Loan application, Loan repayment schedule, Common facility agreement, Indenture of Mortgage/Hypothecation.

iii. Strong knowledge of SAP, financial modelling, analytic skills and presentation preparation abilities.

iv. Thorough exposure in preparation of various Project Reports for onward submission to Banks & Financial Institution for Sanction & funding.

v. Implementing strategic functions such as Financial Analysis, Forecasting, Project Funding, Working Capital Management, Forex Management, Funds Management, Treasury Management & MIS etc.

vi. Excellent communication, presentation and networking skills.

vii. Have ability to work, both independently and as team member, with effective collaboration

viii. Have attention to detail with ability to analyse and prepare concise reports

ix. Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to lead & mentor team
