Job Description: Business Development Sr.Executive - Recruitment Sales
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Sr. Executive, specializing in Recruitment Sales. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth within the recruitment services segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential clients in need of recruitment services.
- Develop and execute effective strategies to acquire new business, including cold calling, networking, and leveraging industry events.
Strategic Partnerships:
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, such as HR professionals, hiring managers, and business leaders.
- Collaborate with existing clients to identify opportunities for up selling additional recruitment services.
Sales Presentations and Proposals:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our recruitment services.
- Create and submit detailed proposals tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, assess performance, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in business development and sales, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
- In-depth understanding of recruitment processes, market dynamics, and client needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client challenges.
