Our client, a top-tier firm is looking to hire HR Senior Executive/Asst. Manager to oversee the Talent Acquisition and other functions for their Mumbai office base.
Job Description:
- Set objectives for the HR team and track progress.
- End to end recruitment (sourcing, screening, conducting HR interviews)
- Maintaining CV Tracker
- Back and forth coordination with Candidates.
- Closing of different profiles.
- Coordination with different consultants and managing sourcing channels.
- Stakeholders to ensure completion of the selection process and negotiating & closing offers with candidates.
- Responsible for the entire gamut of campus recruitment activity (Pre-campus, On-Campus, Post-Campus activities)
- Induction and Onboarding process (joining formalities, induction, onboarding, and exit formalities)
- Preparing offers and conducting Induction programs for employees.
- Managed the background verification process of the selected candidates.
- Monitoring employee life cycle.
- Vendor management.
- Handling grievances.
Requirements:
- MBA - HR from a reputed college.
- Experience in working either law firms or well know corporate companies, MNCs.
