Tax Technology - Big4 - CA/MBA

- Hiring for a leading Big4 for Indirect Tax Technology profile for multiple positions viz. Sr.Executive/AM/Manager.

- Non-Tech Indirect Tax profile may also apply for Sr.Executive/AM role.

- However, for Manager position we are looking at candidate with IT skills and who has served in IDT Technology in Indirect Tax profile.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Proactively identifying and facilitating necessary process and technology modifications resulting from tax law or regulatory changes, etc. Apply tax technical guidance to processes and technology

- Ability to create business case for undertaking technology initiatives. Ability to understand the various steps involved in implementing Tax Technology tools.

- Preparing memos/notes & presentations for Technology processes across SBU's. Preparing letter of engagement for the clients and ensuring timely preparation of time spent for the clients.

- Capture & prioritize the requirements based on feedback from client / feedback / regulatory changes

- Should be able to conceptualize user interface functionalities for tools being developed. Obtain buy-in from business and build support structure for operating the tools created

- Number of successful projects managed

- Feedback from Partners, clients, and teams

- Co-coordinating with Partners/Technology SPOC's for data/information requirements in a time bound manner with high accuracy

- Ensuring periodical reviews of Tax Technology documents from an internal review perspective

- Accurate and timely updating of timesheets and My PD

- 100% adherence to L&D initiatives of Tax

- Attend external training and keep updated with the latest developments on Tax Technology

- Responsible for imparting training to internal teams / client teams on the solution developed and assisting Product champions with marketing solution to clients

- Minimum of 20 hours of relevant technical training delivered during the year

- Larger knowledge sharing in designing customized solutions
