1. Review of Contract pertaining to manufacturing activities and service activity e.g., agreement with OE Customer, agreement with software development company, agreement with service provider.

2. Legal research and consultant for new law related to new technology e.g., AI, Software development etc.

Desirable:

1. Litigation handling: Pre litigation evaluation for litigation with business partner for sale or supply of goods or services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Review contract for Parts supplier GPA for manufacturing IGC.

2. Review contract of general business purpose

3. Legal research on new laws e.g data privacy and summarize the impact to our group companies and software related business.

Special Remarks:

The candidate should have good communication/interpersonal skills /preferable if from automobiles industry
