MBA/MSW- HR 4+ YEARS
Candidate should be able to develop and oversee Learning& Development initiatives to ensure internal customer engagement and a positive internal customer experience.
THE JOB
- Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term internal targets
- Create, manage, and deliver engaging training across multiple mediums and multiple learning styles including: face to face, mobile, on-line, video and via other broad reach vehicles
- Work with content developers to confirm course specifications and training calendars
- Evaluate training outcomes based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Use content management systems to analyze users engagement metrics
- Stay up-to-date with technology and e-learning developments and generate new ideas to draw targeted customers attention
- Produce Courses on time and on budget and align those programs with an overall learning outcomes strategy
- Work with marketing to Identify customer needs and pain points
- Offer training solutions to internal customer problems by designing appropriate programs to train or retrain personnel
- Utilize authoring tools in E-Learning Technology to build E-Learning courses
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Content manager
- 3-4 years in training in design experience, creating blended learning solutions both instructor-led and self-paced training
- 3+ years in training development cycle - from design through delivery and implementation (ADDIE model)
- Certification in training, instructional design, learning technologies, or related field
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills required written/verbal and presentation
