- Man management role : Individual Contributor
- Head Count Managed: Minimum 250 FTEs,
Should have worked in a matrix environment
Assistant Manager : Tier 1, Tier 2 Colleges
- Man management role : Individual Contributor
- Head Count Managed : Minimum 250 FTEs,
Should have worked in a matrix environment
Work Timings : 4 PM to 1 AM
Job Role :
- Role includes Business Partnering, Strategic Projects, Manpower Planning, Budgeting, costing, Comp Surveys, Incentive Plans, Recruitment, Emp Engagement, Talent Management and Field HR at Circle.
- Handle Manpower Planning for Budget Planning and AOP finalization.
- Finalizing Org Structures of Functions Nationally for Optimum utilization of resources and processes
- Productivity levels monitoring and HR planning as part of Biz HR.
- Should have worked in a matrix environment.
- Pick UP/ DROP facility will be available.
