AN IT MNC in Chennai is looking for Senior Executive/Assistant Manager- BPHR. CANDIDATES WILLING TO JOIN IMMEDIATE OR WITHIN 15 DAY'S AND WILLING TO RELOCATE TO CHENNAI, CAN BE CONSIDERED.
MUST BE A MBA/MSW HR AND MUST HAVE STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Major Areas of Responsibility :
- Develop processes to measure and improve staff's technical skills.
- Drive operational efficiencies and improve staff productivity.
- Manage staff performance reviews.
- Manage and drive staff training and career growth.
- Manage employment and compliance to regulatory and governmental requirements.
- Produce operational reports to executive management.
- Manage staff hiring and separation process.
- Establish a positive work environment.
- Policy development and documentation.
- Employee orientation, management development, and training
Primary Objectives :
- As the site manager, ensure all staff are working in an organized, accountable, team orientated, and professional behavior.
- Develop a superior work force.
- Promote a - lean manufacturing- mindset and teach the team how to work smarter and become more efficient.
- Support new sales with qualified resources.
- Oversee assigned customer projects.
Specific responsibilities of the Job :
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
- Broad knowledge and experience of software development.
- Understanding of manufacturing operations where software is used to improve quality and efficiencies.
- Has manage development and deployment of new software solutions into a production environment.
- Executive reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to extracting date for various systems and producing management reports.
- Have a solid functional understanding of MES core concepts.
- Must be competent in standard MS office software (MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) and other business software.
Education and Experience :
- Degree or equivalent experience: Bachelors/master's degree.
- Years of experience : 4+ years in managing software technical resources located in India.
- A track record of successful leadership.
