Job Description :
As our Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Workplace you will be primarily responsible for making sure that time spent in the office is the best experience it can be. This is both in terms of the value for the company and the experience of the employee. It falls to the workplace experience manager to oversee all aspects of the working environment. In addition you will be responsible for playing a key role in assisting the executive team
Responsibilities :- Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the office.
- Manage all safety and security related programs.
- Collaborate with Vendors on planning and coordinating activities and events (e.g. company parties, in-office events, etc.)
- Strong background working with EX / People team in on and off-boarding procedures.
- Effectively cross collaborate with key stakeholders and business partners both internal and external.
- Space planning, including frequent seating rearrangements; prior experience on office shifting highly desirable.
- Ensure employee happiness with their work environment, by providing 5-star service, especially in regards to office operations & maintenance.
- Manage the overall aesthetics of the office.
- Manage visitors and the calendar of the executive team as and when required.
- Responsible for procuring merchandise on time.
- Responsible for Hotel and flight reservations for new or existing employees.
- Assist with the relocation of new joiners.
- Hands-on experience of organizing events, off sites and team parties independently within budget.
Requirements :- Highly adaptable; comfortable with change and ambiguity; capable of quickly rallying teams and resources around key issues
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and supervisory skills.
- Strong aptitude as it relates to construction schedules, facilities operations, technology, furniture, fixtures and equipment in the workplace.
- Flexible hours to meet the high demands of a growing workforce.
- Good work habits and ability to manage time well.
- Proven experience creating and operating within budget guidelines.
- Strong negotiation skills
