Sr. Executive/ AM-Brand Solution
The Role:
This position is expected to work with the Brand Solutions lead for the Brand Solution ideation, execution, deliveries and Collaterals portfolio while aiding the ad sales team for revenue maximization, retention of existing clients and helping garner new business wins
Key Responsibilities:Customised Brand Solutions And Integrations for Brands :- Develop deeper insight and understanding of market requirements through advertiser/client interaction, and facilitate 'why buy?'
- Propose solutions and integrations more suited to client needs, hence resulting in better monetization of advertising opportunities
- Work along with teams to create AVs for client pitches, co-branded promos, show reels and contextual vignettes.
Collaboration Across Tams (Content, Sales, Marketing and TX) Content:- Build strong brand proposition via segments along with planned execution
- Build - up and surround programming to help create additional association
- opportunities - Execution of any product placements
- Plan, schedule and align future programming plan Sales
Coordinate on brand brief and organize customized decks - Joint meetings with clients.Monitoring Input to shape the Output:- Define what standard (awareness, consideration etc.) & brand specific attributes (imagery) should be tracked to better understand the impact of our associations for our key partners.
- Continuously evaluate the impact of association on brands and course correct where needed using quantitative pre-post evaluation.
Input Into Marketing & PR Plans:- Closely work with marketing & PR team towards development of the strongest ideas to drive buzz and value of our properties
- Maintain strong working relationships

Qualifications :- Minimum 2-5 years' work experience in brand solutions with some prior experience in either Sales or Marketing.
