Client Name - For our Client who is pioneer in retail and distribution of luxury interior lifestyle in India over the last 20 years.

Location - Sultanpur(Delhi, near metro station, yellow line)

Position - Senior Executive- Accounts Receivable

You will be responsible for:

- Lead and oversee the end-to-end accounts receivable process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely collection of payments.

- Analyze and reconcile complex customer accounts, resolving discrepancies and disputes efficiently.

- Develop and implement strategies to reduce overdue receivables and improve cash flow management.

- Prepare and present detailed accounts receivable aging and performance reports to senior management.

- Ensure adherence to credit control policies and evaluate credit limits for customers based on risk assessment.

- Act as a point of escalation for critical client payment issues, negotiating resolutions to maintain relationships.

- Mentor and train junior team members, ensuring alignment with company processes and goals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer service, to address client account issues and disputes.

- Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize efficiency and accuracy in the receivables function.

- Monitor compliance with relevant financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Assist with audits, both internal and external, by providing accurate documentation and explanations.

- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting.

What we need from you:

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or related finance roles.

- Technical Skills: Expertise in accounting software (e.g., Tally) and advanced MS Excel skills.

- Strong understanding of credit management, collections, and reconciliations.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior stakeholders and clients.

- Proven leadership skills, with experience mentoring or managing a team.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Sound knowledge of applicable financial regulations, compliance standards, and accounting principles.
