Senior Accounts Executive
The Senior accountant will plan and direct the accounting activities of the department.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
- Ensure overall hygiene of USA, Canada, and Singapore books of accounts
- Coordinates training programs for new staff and identifies training needs for current staff.
Duties/Responsibilities :
- Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts, payroll, Fixed asset register and others
- Prepare monthly various MIS Reports with analysis
- Analyze and report on financial status including income statement variances, communicating financial results to management, budget preparation and analysis
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Oversee tax and statutory compliances and abide by federal, state and local regulations
- Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions
- Audits accounts to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations; coordinates with outside auditors and provides needed information for the annual external audit.
- Presents recommendations to management on short- and long-term financial objectives and policies.
- Provides financial analysis with an emphasis on capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

- Proficient in accounting and tax preparation
Education and Experience :
- Bachelors degree/P.G in Accounting or Business Administration required.
- Five years or more of related experience required.
- Certified Public Accountant designation preferred.
