Role - Sr. Sales Manager
Experience - 5+ years of field sales experience in SAAS / Software industry
Reporting to - Regional Head
5 Days working (From Office)
Responsibilities
1. Ownership:
Take ownership of various sectors within the SaaS industry and establish market leadership, leveraging your expertise and understanding of the industry.
2. Product-Market Fit:
Collaborate closely with the product team to ensure a perfect fit between our product offerings and the needs of the market. Provide valuable insights to influence product development decisions.
3. B2B Sales Pipeline:
Own and drive the B2B sales pipeline, targeting C-level executives. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to convert leads, convert prospects, and achieve sales targets.
4. Client Engagement:
Engage with clients, understanding their pain points and business challenges. Showcase the value proposition of our product and how it can drive client productivity and success.
5. Independent Work Environment:
Thrive in an independent work environment, taking ownership of your sector and driving sales initiatives with minimal supervision.
6. Expert Level Product and Industry Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings and the SaaS industry as a whole. Position yourself as an expert to effectively communicate the value of our products and understand client needs.
7. End-to-End Business Decision Making:
Collaborate with top management to gain insights into end-to-end business decision-making processes. Contribute your expertise to strategic discussions and align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
8. Market Mapping and Business Development:
Conduct market mapping activities to identify potential clients and open new doors. Proactively contact clients for future business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
KEY SKILLS
- 5+ years of field sales experience in SAAS industry
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage with clients, deliver persuasive presentations, and build long-term relationships.
- Proven experience in converting leads into successful sales.
