Looking for English Language Sr. Trainer (1 position) and Junior trainers (with 2-3 years of experience, 2 positions) for a holistic training centre established to provide literacy, life skills, psycho-social support, career guidance and vocational training.   Job responsibilities:  - Planning and delivery of English language sessions for learners with little or no prior formal education and with low literacy in English  - Developing interactive and engaging session plans, learning materials and assessments which will eventually facilitate the placement of students post the training  - Ensuring high-quality learning and learner's satisfaction  - Maintaining the records and reports, taking regular feedback from participants.   Desired profile:  - Excellent communication and presentation skills  - Must have experience in training/teaching English language to participants from diverse backgrounds (experience of teaching adults is highly preferred)  - Senior trainer should have some experience in establishing centres. Females retired from current work profiles and keen to add value to holistic development of participants are encouraged to apply.   - Should have an approachable personality, sensitive to the learners- needs  - MUST know Kannada and Hindi language  - Relevant training certificate in language and training a huge plus.  - Must be highly driven for learning & development of participants  Location: Mysore.
