Job Description - Lead a team of 15+ developers to execute the product roadmap under the guidance of the Senior Product Manager. Hire and train a team of resources with the Senior PM to meet the product requirements.

An Agri-tech start up that utilises IoT and Cloud Technologies to deliver value through continuous monitoring of farm conditions and AI enabled information inputs. The company has customers in over 10 countries and is rapidly expanding.

The company's mission is to accelerate use of technology and seeks to increase farm profits sustainably.

Description :

- Work under Senior Product Manager to refine and execute the product roadmap

- Work with cross-functional teams, System architects and Team Leads to achieve goals

- Create goals for the team and prioritise effectively

- Define and implement processes for the development teams

- Track progress of the product throughout the life cycle

- Hire and train resources for the product, working with the Senior Product Manager and CTO

- Set individual goals and conduct performance reviews for the hires

- Be a mentor and coach to the team

Profile :

- Bachelor's or higher(CS/Electrical/Electronics)

- MBA is an advantage, not mandatory

- Certifications or education in project management methodologies(Agile/Scrum/Design thinking)

- 10+ years in product development(preferably IoT or Cloud based products)

- Management experience - from planning to execution stage

- Technical background in functional areas(preferably hands-on cloud experience)

- Experience with an MNC is preferred

- Multicultural sensitivity

- Fluency in English

- The candidate must be an expert problem solver, comfortable with multi-disciplinary teams. He/she should have excellent analytical and decision-making sills. He/she must be a great communicator and team player who can inspire and motivate their team.
