- Looking to hire a highly driven engineering leader with at-least 10 years of industry experience. Should have ideally worked on multiple tech stacks and have experience managing, building engineering teams.

Our client is a Series A funded B2B SAAS company, that is working on build an experience that removes all complexity when it comes to international shipping such as complex pricing structure etc.

Description

- Responsible for Backend, Frontend, Infrastructure, Architecture, Scalability, server-side engineering, UI and all other technological aspects of the platform

- Scaling technology infrastructure to support rapid customer /data growth

- Build a culture of engineering excellence in the team through smart hiring and mentoring

- Build, manage and groom a high performing and collaborative team

- Deliver platform technology and create an ecosystem of applications and services across multiple verticals and solution offerings

Profile

- 10+ years of experience

- Managed engineering team i.e mix of SE,SSE,TL's etc.

- Cloud Architecture Experience - AWS/GCP/Azure

- Hands on with with java/python/node.JS/PHP, javascript, SQL, No SQL, Kafka, elastic search

- Experience scaling existing systems/platform

- Worked with B2B/B2C product companies in the part

- Experience in migrating platforms from monolithic to micro services architecture

- Some exposure to data engineering would be an added advantage
