Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.

- Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary issues.

- Manage and resolve ER cases including, disciplinary issues, grievances, involuntary exits, leave of absence, sensitive and/or high risk matters to successful closure.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee morale and reduce workplace conflict.

- Provide advice and counsel on performance management, disciplinary actions, and termination processes.

- Maintain accurate and confidential records of all employee relations activities.

- POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Case Management: Act as a key member of the Internal Committee (IC) for POSH.

- Conduct investigations into POSH complaints, ensuring compliance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.

- Provide training and awareness sessions on POSH policies and procedures.

- Maintain detailed and confidential records of POSH cases.

- ZTP (Zero Tolerance Policy) Case Management: Manage cases related to the organization's Zero Tolerance Policy, ensuring fair and consistent application of the policy.

- Conduct thorough investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.

- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant policies.

Grievance Handling:

- Manage and resolve employee grievances in a timely and effective manner.

- Conduct thorough investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.

- Ensure that all grievances are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Compliance and Policy Development:

- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

- Develop, implement, and update employee relations policies and procedures.

- Stay abreast of changes in employment law and best practices.

HRBP Support:

- Partner with business leaders to provide HR guidance and support.

- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives.

- Provide support in talent management, performance management, and employee engagement.

- Assist in involuntary exit procedures.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare and present reports on employee relations metrics and trends.

- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop proactive solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 5-7 years of experience in employee relations, preferably in a corporate environment.

- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations.

- Proven experience in managing POSH and ZTP cases.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. -

- Strong investigative and analytical skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

- Experience in grievance handling and disciplinary procedures.

- Experience with involuntary exits.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.

- Certification in HR or Employee Relations.

- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
