Senior Employee Relations Manager
- Having an appreciation of people related risks and proactive approach to managing people and reputation related risks.
- Providing people management advise and solutions
- Being a trusted advisory to managers and employees in resolving employment issues in a fair and consistent manner
- Developing, interpreting and implementing relevant employment policies that promote the firms culture and reputation
- Working with management to design and execute organizational change and restructuring
- Developing and facilitating education and training on effective management practices and firm policies
- Navigate the firm's support resources (Wellness, Employee Assistance Program, Office of Global Security etc.)
- Lead end to end management of divisional employee relations related cases through the course of the year
- Understanding and analysing patterns and trends of case types and coming up with suggestions to manage the function more proactively
- Consult and collaborate with and act as adviser to the Diversity function and business partners across the region
