Senior Employee Relations Advisor

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India

About the Role:

The Senior Employee Relations Advisor (T&C Consultant) provides expert advice on labor relations, ensuring fair and lawful treatment of participants in line with organizational policies and values. This role ensures regulatory compliance and mitigates risks for the organization. As part of the Employee Relations team covering Asia, Europe, and America with senior stakeholders across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complex employee relations issues, conduct investigations, resolve grievances, and support conflict resolution.

- Provide expert advice on employee issues, policy, health, safety, and well-being, ensuring outcomes align with legal requirements and organizational values.

- Support business stakeholders and the Talent & Culture team with high-level advice.

- Stay updated on employment laws in India and provide strategic guidance.

- Identify and implement improvements in employee relations and Talent & Culture practices.

- Lead projects aimed at enhancing employee relations processes.

- Coach and mentor team members, including first responders to employee issues.

- Collaborate with legal teams on labor relations matters.

- Work effectively as part of a multi-geography team.

About You:

To thrive in this role, you should ideally possess:

- 8-12 years of experience.

- A degree in Business, Human Resources, or Law.

- Extensive experience in employee relations or employment law.

- Strong experience managing senior stakeholders, preferably in a multinational environment.

- Sound judgment and commercial acumen in handling complex HR cases.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders independently.

- Strong influencing, negotiation, and coaching abilities.
