Company - A Start up Beauty Brand
- End to end management of all the marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart etc. to deliver strong revenue growth in line with monthly & annual business targets.
- Review all market place portals & formulate overall growth plan of action to boost sales & product visibility.
- Forecasting and executing monthly/annual sales targets.
- Review Product listings, existing catalogue quality & POA for better ranking & more visibility (organic & paid).
- Review current paid campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart & other market place.
- Drive overall customer experience.
- Analysing market trends according to customer demand, competitors offering and recommendation for introducing new & top selling products in similar category.
- Planning Promotion activities, advertisement campaigns and brand boost activities for exiting channels.
- Ensure accuracy/high quality of content on all platforms.
- Monitoring sales returns and Account Health.
- Constantly engage with existing marketplaces and build strong relationships with market place SPOCs & category managers to drive higher preference for our brand.
- Identify high potential strategic partnerships and build pipeline of new partners.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Min 6-8 years of experience in E-commerce domain.
- An ideal candidate for the Sr. Manager Ecommerce position is an organized, analytical person with strong technical skills. Should be able to multitask effectively and a problem-solver.
- Successfully manage a team of people and delegate tasks based on skills.
