- Lead 200+ member teams in achieving process KPIs and productivity targets
- Take accountability of business outcomes associated with the process
- Manage transitioning in of new processes from other locations
- Manage operational risk and maintain business continuity plans for the process
- Develop strong working relationship globally with stakeholders and influence business outcomes
- Drive change, scout for global best practices in operations management and look to implement the same.
- Take responsibility for recruiting talented members in the team
- Foster high levels of employee engagement and retention, develop future managers
