As the Senior Director/VP, your profound experience and strategic foresight will be crucial in driving robust research projects, innovating our offerings, and fortifying our presence in the consumer and retail sector.

Key Responsibilities

Research Leadership:

1. Lead the formulation and execution of intricate Consumer & Retail research projects, with an uncompromised focus on data precision, relevancy, and actionable insights.

2. Guide the team towards employing innovative research tools and methodologies.

Client Management:

Develop and maintain relationships with a multifaceted client portfolio in the consumer and retail sectors, ensuring that bespoke research solutions are delivered impeccably.

Data Analysis & Insight Generation:

Oversee data analysis ensuring insights generated deeply align with client objectives and potentiate strategic decisions in the consumer and retail space.

Product and Delivery Management:

1. Supervise the comprehensive management of research projects, ensuring that all deliverables are of high quality and provided in a timely manner.

2. Lead the ideation and development of novel research products focused on the specific needs of the consumer and retail sector.

Marketing and Business Development:

1. Drive marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing within the consumer and retail research arena.

2. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand our consumer and retail research vertical.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Educational Qualification: MBA or Postgraduate degree from Tier 1 institutes.

2. Minimum 15 years, predominately focused on consumer and retail research, with considerable experience in a leadership capacity.
