Senior Director Talent Acquisition
Responsibilities :
- Direct all recruitment efforts and processes intended to implement strategic recruitment procedures and improve upon recruitment processes
- Collaborate with leaders and hiring managers to determine hiring needs, position specifications, and work requirements
- Lead effective sourcing strategies and campaigns to increase brand recognition as an employer of choice and attract quality candidates into our pipeline.
- Serve as a partner to hiring managers, educating and coaching through recruitment strategy and best practices in hiring
- Establish and improve upon existing hiring metrics and KPI's
- Establish and maintain relationships with key strategic partners such as our recruitment vendors, employment agencies and external recruiters, professional associations, job boards, etc.
- Responsible for negotiation and closing offers for key roles, in consultation with key stakeholders
Qualifications :- Post Graduate degree required
- Minimum of 15 years of past recruiting experience in a corporate environment with a focus on services
- Minimum 5 years multi region leadership experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience recruiting and sourcing at all job levels, exempt and non-exempt
- Extensive knowledge of HR policy, procedure, federal and state laws regarding employment practices
- Proficiency using applicant tracking software, HRIS systems, electronic job boards, etc.
- Ability to professionally and diplomatically communicate with all levels of management and applicants
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
