Role : Senior Director -Strategy ( ITeS / BPO)

Location : Delhi NCR / Mumbai / Pune / Bangalore

Job Description :

- Undertake research on emerging themes/areas and develop points of views for using in internal and external forums.

- Conduct competitive intelligence assessments to gauge the moves by other players in the industry.

- Gather internal and external quantitative and qualitative data and analyze them to drive deeper insights.

- Collate internal financial data and be able to develop and understand business case for various initiatives.

- Consolidate, analyze, synthesize and manage content for various strategy deliverables.

- Mentor & Create Go to Market, Business Development, M&A Strategies for Customer Experience Practice

- Independently and with minimal supervision create and design transformative roadmaps and strategies for customer experience portfolio

- Knowledge of new age digital technologies, analytics & automation tools enhancing customer experience

- Manage all digital marketing initiatives

- Program manage incubation of new business through innovation/theme-based initiatives

- Ability to think out of the box, challenge the status quo and think 'Entrepreneurial' is a key personality trait for this role

Educational Qualification / Work Experience :

- 10-16 years of experience in Consulting /Strategy/BPO / Founder's office role

- Should be MBA from top tier institutes (IIM/FMS/ISB)

- Team Management experience for 5-10 Consultants/Sr Consultants

- Effective organisation and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines

- Good understanding of Data Analytics and use of data to drive business outcomes

- Experience in conducting fact-based business research.

- Proven ability of using data to tell stories and influence with Consultative and solution focused mindset

- Exceptional relationship management, influencing, presentation and communication skills

- Self-motivated, thriving in a fast-paced environment; outcome focused.

- Ability to collaborate across functions and geographies
